Democasino Terms & Conditions – Complete Guide for Members

1 General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between Democasino ("we", "us", "the Platform") and each individual using our services ("member", "you").

Democasino is an online gaming and Sports Betting platform operated for users in Bangladesh. Our services include slots, Live Casino, Sports Betting, Jackpot, and much more.

• These Terms have been prepared in Bengali and that version shall be the governing text.
• Democasino reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

Before opening an account with Democasino, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Single Account: Each person may only operate one account. If the same individual opens multiple accounts, all of them will be closed.

• Your Own Account: Opening or operating an account on behalf of another person is strictly prohibited.

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

• Multiple members of the same household claiming the same bonus

6 Betting Rules

The following rules apply to Sports Betting and casino gaming on Democasino:

Sports Betting:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled — though the cash-out option may be used if available.
• If a match is abandoned or postponed, bets are generally voided and the original stake is refunded.
• Odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the ones that apply. Odds are subject to rapid change.
• Separate rules may apply for Single, Multiple (Accumulator), and System bets.

Casino games:

• All game outcomes are determined by RNG (Random Number Generator) technology and are entirely random.
• Each game has its own RTP (Return to Player) rate, which can be found in the game's information section.
• If you are disconnected during a Live Casino session, the outcome of the round in progress will be determined by the system.
• If a bet is cancelled due to a technical issue, the original stake will be refunded.

7 Prohibited Activities

8 Account Suspension & Closure

• Upon failure to complete KYC verification

Account Closure by Member: You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Any remaining balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned to your registered payment method.

9 Liability Limits

Democasino is not liable for the following:

• Any losses or voided bets resulting from internet disconnection
• Issues caused by your device or software
• Delays or errors caused by third-party payment providers
• Force majeure events (natural disasters, war, pandemics, etc.)
• Losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account where negligence on your part is involved

Under any circumstances, Democasino's maximum liability is limited to the value of the transaction in question.

10 Responsible Gaming Policy
